Getting hard with very little stimulation is wonderful there is noting wrong with it. Many times guy post here about it, women find it a compliment.
As far as climaxing too fast. It takes time to build stamina. What can you do to stop? Read through the posts on here especially the one written by DancinDoc2 on this topic. Also, stop before you do and try to stimulate her for a while then go back to where you were.
