If your question were understandable somone would likely reply. Start with using English. Then puctuation. Maybe even spelling closer to what is normal.
How is your friend doing right now? (Have you gotten an update from him recently?)

* did your friend and his wife have sex at this time?
* did he climax one or more times?
* if so, was he ever left "hanging"?
* did he use a condom?
There are all sorts of possibilities for what he was experiencing.
Did he go to the doctor and get checked out?

that could be testicular cancer he has to get it checked out. my friend's little brother was too embarassed to go for the longest time and finally he couldn't sit down anymore and they had to permanently remove his testicle!
