My breast have been tender for almost two whole weeks. They have hurt 2 days before periods but nothing like this. It is sore to even wear a bra hell even without one they still hurt! The are tender to the touch and have swelled in size. Can anyone tell me what is going on. Thankies!

Okay. I was pretty confused! Thought he was having a major problem.
If there is no chance of pregnancy; there are some months, or a rare month where you can have unusal breast tenderness. I would not think much of it since it's bilateral tenderness; it can be also due to hormones. Furthermore, part can be due to a change in diet such as increased sodium consumption.
Certainly if you have any concerns regarding a potential unplanned pregnancy be certain to do a home pregnancy test. Try one now and repeat near the end of the month.
If you can skip the bra. If this is a re-occurring monthly issue be certain to contact your MD.

Good luck! Try to reduce dietary sodium if you have been eating a great deal more than usual! :)
