It does not taste good and most of us were shocked the first time at the power, the taste and the consistency. It is salty, bitter and reflects whatever he has been eating - fish, cheese can be really bad.
That said, some of us learn to enjoy giving head. It should be part of every women's repertoire of tricks. You may want to learn with a dry condom on him. Then you learn the mechanis without the flavor. You need to protect your gag reflex. Most women think they are gagged by the taste or the consistency. The first shot of the ejaculation (an d the most powerful) hitting the back of your throat is what really causes the gagging. Place a thumb on the bottom base of his penis. You can feel the ejaculate passing through his urethra. When you feel it press the back of your tongue against the back of your hard pallette. This will protect the gag reflex. Then figure out what to do with the mouthful.

Salty...hmm perhaps. All I know is my guy after the entire load is done and in my mouth and I swallow, leaves kind of a raw feel in the back of my throat (which is cleared away with a few gulps of water or whatever's handy).
But if I had to describe what it tasted like, I'd say sweet.

Taste has already been explained, but I find that the consistency is something you don't ever experience in and food or drink...at first, it's a shocker. You learn to like it though, or you don't...It'll always be your personal opinion.
I don't taste anything... If he didn't tell me when it was coming, I would probably never know.
