well yes ok that clears it up and makes sense in th joke no strings attached to a tampoon would be a problem so it is like tampoons on offer with no strings or that there are no other bindings in the offer.

ok tampons are pretty much a little cylinder of cotton w/ a string.
you insert the tampon up in your vagina and the string hangs outside your body.
the cotton helps absorb the flow from your period and the string is so that you can pull it out. Otherwise, it would just be up in there =\
