Firstly I apologise for posting a similar topic elsewhere on the site, especially if I messed up somebody's original post. (I don't think I did the latter)
Now, I am getting on and have not had sex for several years as my wife is disabled. I have come on this site and been given some advice and more importantly, HOPE.

That must be someone else' data. I have discussed pressing the prostatic fluid out for examination but know little about "prostate massage" or anal penetration of men. I have seen the same posts you have and likely one of the others will come forward.
Until you find such a lady, why not employ your own finger to titillate your anus and sphincters, and then massaging your prostate?
