[FONT="Comic Sans MS"][SIZE="3"][COLOR="DarkOrchid"]Hello.. New member here... and have a question.
I am a 35 years old, very sexual, and recently single again after a long term marriage.
In my previous relationship with my ex, I enjoyed swallowing when giving him a blow job.... however, recently I have started a new relationship with someone very special, and 'swallowing' has become something not so enjoyable when about 20 minutes after swallowing I usually feel somewhat sick to my stomach and then diarrea follows thereafter. (this has never happened before with any partner).
I have tried to research sperm to find out if there is a difference in each man.. perhaps my new partner has a higher level of acidity or something that doesnt set so well with my stomach?
Should I be concerned and follow up with asking my physician these questions or is this something that is actually common?
Would appreciate any advice.

Interesting question - medically. You should be searching for "semen" rather "sperm." Ninety percent of what is deposited in us is semen, the vehicle that transports the other ten percent, the sperm.
There are some individual differences among men but the acidity is maintained in a rather narrow range to keep the sperm happy and healthy. I have never encountered this issue nor experienced it myself. Most women's difficulty is psychological rather than physiological. The taste and consistency are what they are but those of us who perform fellatio learn to live with those.
In the short term, try an antacid and see if that helps. Just another thing to do to "get ready" - wash your bottom, take an antacid. As I write, my mind is racing. A distinct possibility is a very low level, chronic prostatitis or urethritis in your new partner. These infections usually give the semen a foul odor; at a very low level, you may not notice the smell or the taste. Most urethral infections in men are caused by bacteria migrating from the anus into the urethra. Perhaps in soiled linen or possibly through past anal intercourse. Possibly, even from you or a past girlfriend. We women have vaginal openings a couple centimeters from the anus. The bacteria migrate, may not cause you trouble, but find their way into the urethra of the next penis for whom you are the hostess.
If this is the case, you may be sensitive to the diarrheal agents included. Your own self-protection is then screaming "get this stuff out of here." Hence, nausea and diarrhea. Prostatitis, especially, is partly treated by ejaculation. Male patients love it when I recommend frequent ejaculation. That forces the infection out. Frequent ejaculation could keep this infection at a low level but not cure it. That requires anti-biotics.
Check out the smell and the taste. If it is rather different from what you expect, bring up the possibility and express concern for his sexual health. All of us, men and women, are subject to urethral infections. You are not talking STD; only common infection. Then, if he is being treated, use condoms until the entire regimen of medication is completed. Perhaps your doctor will recommend a medicated douche for you. I am not a fan of douching but sometimes there are conditions that justify them. One part vinegar to two parts warm water. Very infrequently. The only time I douche is when I have too many "dates" in one day.
