Sustaining Erection for Long time -- Advice Please

When I am having sex with my GF my penis is getting erected well
but when I start pushing in to her vagina ..it won't be hard and
becomes soft as a result I cannot do to & fro movements...this is causing
serious disappointment ...

I feel this is because I don't keep my erection for a long period...At the same time she won't be having much sexual feeling.. Is it necessary that she should have very hard sexual feeling while inserting penis ?

COuld you please help me with you suggestions ...

This is a common problem. There can be several reasons why this might be happening to you and before an insightful answer can be provided, some more information from you would be helpful, such as how much time you devote to making out and how much time you spend with Foreplay, etc.

> I feel this is because I don't keep my erection for a long period.

Why do you suppose this is? If you are rushing into intercourse without much preparation, then this is a very likely cause.

How close to a climax are you generally when you enter?

Have you tried having her peak your erection just before beginning intercourse?

Is she adequately lubricated? Have you distributed her mucus all around the vaginal opening so there are no dry areas?

Is your penis lubricated? If not, either borrow some of her mucus or use a lubricant and cover the tip, Glans, and Shaft.

> At the same time she won't be having much sexual feeling.. Is it necessary that she should have very hard sexual feeling while inserting penis ?'''

There are five things to know and understand.
1. How turned on is she when you begin poking at her in fun?
2. The vaginal opening is rich with sensitive nerve endings that
turn on and become reactive when a woman is very highly aroused. Is she?
3. The inside of the vagina has no nerves so all she will feel is
sense of fullness that is pleasing.
4. Very few sexual positions provide the necessary contact between
pieces-parts for continuous and ongoing friction. Because of this
what a skilled, knowledgeable, caring lover will do is to reach
around and finger the clitoris while stroking.
5. Help her to enjoy one or more orgasms before and after intercourse
if it is her desire.

Yup, in addition to all of the above, please click on the Index and read the various how-to articles on making out, arousal, and other relevant matters. Please read these together or separately.

I hope this is of help. Got questions?

I have few more questions

while inserting my penis..I am not sure whether it is going in to her vagina or not ?

there is some space in uterus also..by any chance Penis is going inside uterus area (Just above Vagina)..

could you please help me ...Will Uterus(place where Urination occurs for women) have enough space to allow erected penis

He has GOT to be KIDDING! It is the urethra NOT the uterus and NO do NOT stick your penis in there. Yegods, man, haven't you LOOKED at her and her genitals?!?! Get an anatomy book and STUDY it carefully. If that's your degree of competency no wonder she's not aroused! You're lucky she just doesn't call the whole thng off.

In an aroused woman (please see the tread entitled The Program), the labia swell and turns pink and the vagina moistens. The vagina is that nice long slit between the urethra and the anus. That's where you insert your penis.

This is surely a joke.

Sustaining erections

I have found a product that I think will help you. They are called " Erection Enhancers. After your penis gets fully erect, slip the rings that stretch, down
to the base of your penis. I use one and they help maintain my erection and keep me from coming too early.
Good luck.

and do also the exercise to condition your penis and dont masturbate when you know that youll be having sex.
