I guess it depends on what you are into... I love the book Taboo put out by Cleis Press. It is an anthology of dirty stories about straight couples pushing their boundaries (might give you some new ideas). Also, Susie Bright edits a yearly anthology of sex stories called the Best American Erotica.
The best book I ever read on adult sex toys or other fun things to do is the Guide to Getting it On. I've linked to it here if you want to check it out.
It's a great read, and it isn't so graphic you'd feel weird having someone find it on your bookshelf. :)

The Kama Sutra is a classic, although some of the positions seem to me to be anatomically improbable.
