Its kind of funny because I don’t think I would care if my b/f had them.
any advice to help get rid of my confidence problem about it or how to cover the marks up or anything?
my gf has these on the sides of her brests and she hates them.. they dont bother me seriously.. is this maybe because hers grew too fast? they go from the nipple down.. not circular
I AM PROUD TO ANNOUNCE:
Not only do stretch marks fade over time, (it depends on the individual on how long it takes) but you CAN GET RID OF THEM! It has been clinically proven that by using a special cream, it helps the blood flow beneath the skin and allows the skin to become firmer, in time completely deminishing the stretches! Should the cream not be the formula for you (depending on how you got them, how long you've had them etc.) there is a medication prescribed by your doctor.
Check out your local chemist or health/vitamin store for more info and products available. I'm from Australia, so i can't say for sure exactly what products to use. I'm more than sure they'd have it in the USA at least!! They've got everythin'!
Just be careful, some things are a little $$$$!!!
OMG!!! OMG!!! NOO!!!
I crack my back ALL the time.. omg if i could only know...omg
My fiancee actually hs the same thing, they're near the middle of his back, and doc says its from twisting to crack his back . . . anyway, if you crack yur back, check it out, hope it helps
so now i have to live with them for the rest of my life omg....
im going to a pool party this weekend...
lol it's no big deal.. I'm 15 and I have them... on my sides like by my hips
They say it's because I've been dancing since I was five.. and tht does sound reasonable.... I'm not overweight I weigh a possible total of 110 pounds
a lot of ppl have seen them and it has never prevented me from gettin anyone I wanted to be with... no one has ever once said it was "nasty"
Stretch marks come from stretching of the skin. If children grow too quickly they can get stretch marks. When women are pregnant, they typically get some on their stomach, however some women who gain too much weight too quickly can get them all over. If you are weight training, your body mass is changing quickly and the quicker your body changes, the more stretch marks you will get. Most people have stretch marks somewhere on their bodies by the time they are adults. Nobody likes them, but they are a part of life. You can not get rid of them, but you can try to protect your skin from getting more by using shea butter or another anti-stretch cream.
Not only "fat people" get strech marks, any excesive stress on the surface of the skin can cause them. Like, pregnant women can get them and most of the people who practice weight lifting can get them too (does that ring a bell Mr. SixPack?
).
The bad news, is that once they appear, you can not get rid of them. You can avoid getting more by using some cream, like lubriderm or something like those creams that wome use for the skin. Ask your g/f about it, maybe you can turn this in to an every day ritual where she rubs cream all over your back and give you a massage.
C ya.
Tjdude sums it up. I have plenty of them, some from when I was overweight, some from weight training, and some from working at UPS for the last 6 months.
Might as well decide if they're worth the benefits of working out and accept them. Besides, trying to keep your body perfect is a losing battle anyway.
