I started my period on Saturday morning and on Sunday afternoon while going to the bathroom I noticed that I had discharged a somewhat large piece of tissue. Since then I've been having strange cramping and a pulling sensation in my lower abdomen area. I'm on bc pills and in the 10 months I've been on them, I've never experienced anything like this.

The past few times I've had sex it's been strange too. Twice I've been very dry and irritated feeling, and the last two times, last week, my vagina felt very, very tight, but not at all painful, just very tensed up.

I'm waiting for a call back from my doctor to get an appointment. I did a pregnancy test per orders of the doctor's office and that was negative. Anyone have any ideas?
