Well, that is pretty normal for a guy. It takes some time for a guy to be ready for sex after he cums. It's different for every one but it could be from 5 min to 20-40 min, of course younger guys will be ready faster, but i think a normal time will be more than 20 min. Some times, and i say some very few times i'm able to ejaculate, stay hard, keep going and then ejaculate again but that's not very common i guess.
