So My girlfriend and i are attempting to tackle the squirt. she has done it once or twice during intercourse but she said she still doesnt understand how she can squirt everytime. Is it because im failing to fully please her enough to make her squirt or is there something she could do?

Some women squirt all the time; some squirt occasionally; some, such as I, never do. No one knows why and that has been discussed ad absurum (look around). The most current medical theory is that the ejaculate is a product of the Skene's glands, periurethral glands that have openings beside the urethra and, in some women, internally to the urethra between the bladder and the opening. The Skene's glands serve no yet known purpose in women and seem to be somewhat analogous to the prostate in men.
Stop taking the childish position that it is up to you, the man, to please her. There is nothing you can do despite some of the stupid rants on sites insisting that G-Spot orgasms lead to squirting. My guess is about ten percent of all women have had their G-Spot successfully stimulated. And fewer thanm that have ejaculated. And the overlap between the two groups is incidental.
You ask whether something she could do as though you mean should do. Whom are you trying to please? No, nothing she can do either. It happens when and if it happens.
Ejaculating is not automatic as in 'push the button'. Unlike Brandye, yes I do ejaculate, but again, NOT ALL of the time even with my teddybear whose 'touch' in this area is SUPERB.

It is not only the G-Spot, but both of the fornices and even the clitoris can be involved - there really is no hard and fast method for inducing female ejaculation. Sorry - but there it is.
