something wrong? or...?

firstly, i'm new, so, hey. to everyone.

i've noticed everyone saying how, if you've been using tampons and such, you shouldn't bleed your first time? and also shouldn't feel pain? i felt slight pain, but i definitely bled. not a lot, but i did. so...should i see a doctor or wait til i have sex a few more times to see how it goes?

thanks.

i agree with tease that you ought to see a dr simply for reasons she stated. id like to add a personal note here and suggest finding a midwife in practice in your area. after decades going to a male gyno, holy cow i wish id have know to go to a female midwife instead all along!!!! the whole experience has changed from exam to consult,..... i find it soooo much better talking to a gal who knows 1st hand about discharge, and cramps and pms and..... i have no problem at all discussing my sex life, mental state, past sexual history, ... concrns about my libedo, ... my hubby sits in and feels just as free to be open and honest and tell it like it is... never ever felt so encouraged to be so openly discussing our private matters with a doc! he has called and talked to her one on one, she has called to check on me, ... my point being that my gosh every gal has to at least go to a gal gyno or midwife for at least one pap exam.... one time and go back to a guy if its not comfortable for yu. i feel my gal is close like a friend and at 45 got me almost wanting a kid so she can be here during delivery and after care and precare and.... shes a hoot and just wish more gals had this type of relationship with their gyno.

You're welcome.

thanks for your help.

it is much appreciated.

Sometimes when you go too deep you can hit the cervix, which can cause pain and even bleeding.

My girlfriend still bleeds to this day sometimes. We've been having sex for 5-6 months now and she still bleeds enough to say she bleeds once in awhile. If I go to deep is usually when she bleeds a bit(almost enough to say it's spotting) and she feels pain. Also, in some positions she feels pain, sometimes more then others. I never thought about it until I read a reply, you should go to a doctor and get checked out down there just to make sure everything is in A 1 shape like it should be. Don't be shy or worry, he/she is a professional..nothing will happen nor will they give out any information if you don't want your parents knowing(which I'm sure you don't, I know I don't)

Just because you use tampons doesn't mean you won't bleed and doesn't mean you won't hurt.

Tampons can aid a bit in the stretching deparment and get you somewhat used to a foreign object being put in you, but that's about it.

It's good to see a doctor anyways since you are now sexually active and you should get yourself checked down there.
However, remember that it takes time. Some people never bleed and never experience pain. Some will bleed from time to time. Some will have pain from time to time. But it all just takes time, and generally, the more you do it, the more you will get used to it and the less likely you are to have pain and to bleed.

I'm no female nor an expert, but last time I looked, a penis(other then one found on a little boy lol) is far much bigger then a tampon. I wouldn't go to a doctor to see what's wrong but others who know more might tell you to. My girlfriend is highly active and in to almost any sport you can think of and uses tampons and even she bled a little bit. Girls who play sports are known to be loose, if you didn't know.

Hopefully that helps you out.
