As long as there isn't any pain during erection, your penis is fine. Penises can (and do) bend any old way.
The amount of ejaculate ranges usually from 3-5 milliliters (a small teaspoonful)*. This varies greatly, however, depending on such things as time between ejaculations. After an extended period of abstinence it might reach as high as 13 mls.

and as for the cum, i think it more or less varies from person to person.
some have more, some have less.
i think another factor is more or less how often a person gets it or masturbates. (but don't quote me on that one. i read that somewhere. not 100% sure about it.)
