I'd focus less on analyzing why you have developed this habit of feeling disgusted and work on changing it.
It's not at all unusual for people to "regret" something they did or said, particularly if any kind of self-indulgence is involved. It's almost as though we have to "punish" ourselves to justify the pleasure. It can become a habit very quickly.
Easier said than done, I know, but try to change your thinking and get things into perspective. Sex in all forms can be "messy" (if it's done right LOL).

Thinking the aftermath of masturbation is gross sounds pretty subjective to me. As Lilly said, it may have something to do with your views on masturbation in general. Or you may just think that semen feels gross on your body... it's just all the way in which you choose to look at it. If you give yourself permission to think this feels good and is actually okay, then this idea that semen is gross may pass.
Your penis may or may not get bigger... six and a half inches is fairly standard leaning toward "bigger than average" so even if it stops now, you're a good size.
As for older women... you like what you like. That's fine. Again as Lilly said, til you are eighteen stick closer to your own age. We don't want anyone going to jail.
After eighteen, anything goes. Just play safe.

Well, did you grow up catholic? I only ask this because I have a few guy friends who were told masterbations was dirty/wrong/etc. and that it took them awhile to realize it was really okay.
As for being attracted to older women, a lot of younger guys are. But I don't know of many who will mess around with a 14 year old (or I hope there aren't any!). So be careful there. Till you're 18, you'll have to kind of stick to your own age group. After that, I'm sure there are older women who wouldn't mind spending time with a "young stud".
