I have found the person that I want to lose my virginity to. To some, this may seem like it's not a big deal. For me, it is everything. I am a 19 year old male, and am with the only woman I have felt comfortable with at all. She is the first... well, the only woman I have ever gone down on, the first woman I have ever truely loved. But I am scared to death of having sex with her. She is a 19 year old virgin as well, and we came to this decision together, and she would be fully supportive if I told her I wanted to wait...
But that's the thing, I DON'T want to wait. I want to be with her, to be IN her... And yet, I am terrified... And I don't know what of. Does anyone understand what I am talking about? Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Am I the only person to feel this way?

When you are ready, you'll know.
If you are "terrified" then no, you probably aren't ready.
We are all a little nervous our first time, but TERRIFIED is pretty extreme!
