If you hurt her every time you cum because you can't control yourself, you need to cum outside of her. Pull out before you get to that point. Nobody wants to have painful sex - and if she's crying because of it you need to be sensitive to her and stop hurting her.
Here's a suggestion... if you read more about stimulation... Your Penis... gets most of the sensation around the head.... There is no reason to go deeper... As far as I can tell doggystyle and girl on top facing forward (cowgirl), I've only ever gone too deep doing doggystyle with the rest I've always been fine.
