So I have a slight problem.

Me and my girlfriend constantly have sex, and everythings fine. The only problem is, sometimes when she's on top for some reason I end up getting hurt. This has never happened with to me before. And to be honest when ever she gets on top lately I'm afraid. It's not a pain that lasts a while. What I'm guessing is that she moves up towards my torso too much. But I really don't know what to do. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

So what...

is hurting? We need more information.

* Is it your penis?

* Is it your abdomen?

* Other? If so what?

Often, when using the Woman Superior/Cowgirl position, vigorous enthusiastic thrusting can cause a penis to come of the vagina and in the attempt to reinsert it without stopping, you can jam the penis hard against her body.

For the others reading over your shoulder, it is important to know where your penis is at all times. When your are on the return stroke, stop and reverse while the glans is still inside the vagina.

If it is your abdomen that hurts from all the bucking, then either do it with more care, or, by changing your positions slightly so there is less "bumping" between you.

Have a look on the site's Home page and study the animated illustrations for help.

It is exactly as you explained. It's jamming and that's what causes my penis to hurt. But I still don't understand what to do. What I've been doing lately is holding right under her stomach for the fear of my penis's life.

I think what he was trying to say is that your penis is being completly pulled out of her and then forced back in. And its probably puts to much pressure againts it. I meant that by making sure its still is partcially in her (the pneis glands=tip) than it wont be forced in so roughly because its still already in.

DUDE! STOP MOVING!!

Jeez!

Female Superior means SHE does the work, not you.
Steady her with your hands, and make sure the bed, sofa (whatever) you're lying on has suitable spring in it so she can sustain the motion.
Other than that, you're done.

You can move SLIGHTLY if you want to climax by doing a pelvic lift. This will stimulate the deep seated nerves in the base of the penis inside the abdomen and help trigger a climax. Other than this, Dude! Stop Moving.

Tsk! Pelvic lifts are a great way to get a hernia if he has no footboard to brace against. (You knew there had to be a reason for footboards.) Besides which, he should learn how to accept and to receive as well as how to give.
