Back in my condom using days, I could never feel any difference with the ribs.
I would think that any eyes rolling in the back of their head would mean it was good. For me when my legs are wrapped around his neck and he is basically bending me in half is great. As an older woman (41) with a younger BF (35) I find that just trying different positions makes the best sex. Variety is fantastic.

Only vicariously. The only nerves in the vagina are in and around the entrance, not inside. If you were rubbing against these nerves as probably you were, then most probably the ribbing had a positive affect.
What women report as being very pleasurable is the sense of fullness they feel when a penis or dildo is inside.

If all signs are positive, and she is not smiling thru clenched teeth, not crying, not trying to get away, is reciprocating, then she is very likely having a great time.
