i have as of late had a very strong smell comeing from the head of my penis and i have forskin it didnt get removed ive only have had sex with one girl and she has been tested as have i so no std but the smell is really bad. any ideas and if all your post will say is see a dr dont cause i did and they didnt tell me anything

If this is the case CHANGE DOCTORS........
Both men and women have a build-up of smegma under the prepuce - called a cliotral hood in women and a foreskin in men. This stuff, whether visible or not, contains dead skin cells, urine, semen, menstrual juices, migrated fecal matter, contributions from recent sex partners and the variety of bacteria that live on these things. Circumcised males have less of a problem because it is quick and easy to cleanse the bare shaft.
Women and uncircumcised men have this stuff lurking out of sight and the brew can become downright disgusting. After 100 miles on a bicycle seat I dread removing my shorts. Uncircumcised men need to retract the foreskin fully and use plenty of soap and water and rinse well. At least daily. For women, I recommend thorough cleansing with a clear liquid soap and a thorough rinsing at least twice a day. We all have it building up; the difference among people is how they keep it clean.

what they said was everything is normal and this is a good dr but i also had a well no have a major problem where i black out and go numb at random intervails. we still dont know what that is. but i keep my penis clean how ever it is at the end of the day that i realize the smell. would this most likely be the sweat and such that builds up. if so when i first warsh at the end of the day it dosent remove the smell it takes a cupple cleanings
i washed my shaft and it hurt my penis. is that supposed to happen and is there a way to make it not hurt?
you can use a nice soft rag not somthing hard and don't rub gently wipe and soth the sope to a lather
