Slip out when shes on top
More than likely this is due to too long a stroke.
Fix number one would be to shorten the stroke by not moving up and down the shaft as far.
Fix number two would be to use more of a gyrating undulating movement while she sits upon you. This is beneficial for her because it places her pieces-parts in direct and constant contact with your pubic mound. Doing this makes it possible for her to build her arousal to the trigger point of a climax!
If you want to shorten the length of the stroking, then you have to be aware of where the shaft of your penis is within the vagina. When you sense that the Corona Ridge is about at the entrance, then it is time to reverse the locomotion. Give her some feedback.

Something else you can try is to put a few pillows under you so that she can be in the closest contact as possible. Being really wet can cause you to slip out, but shallow strokes and maybe a different motion are your best bet.
