I am wondering if the size of a person's penis head can shrink. It seems as if most of the time its at the normal size and other times it is smaller. What causes this? And also, can I do anything to make it go to its normal size? Thanks.

Not sure about the shrinking thing, but I have done extensive studies on the colour of the head, if it is PURPLE you MUST loosen up your grip!!
I find that it expands the harder you are, but thats my personal experience. Also remember that there are no bones in the penis to give it a solid structure, its all flesh, and flesh can shrink and expand with temperature and other conditions.

The head, like the rest of the penis, is filled with a tissue that engorges with blood. This means that temperature, pressure and what you are thinking about can affect whether or not it is engorged. Variablility is normal. As ejaculation nears, the head becomes particularly enlarge - engorged with blood, turns purple and becomes very sensitive. I hate to say it but our penises never cooperate when we want them to be larger in the flacid state due to getting out of cold water, air being too cold, or even being totally relaxed.
