silent orgasm

i started masturbating when i was maybe 13 or 14. since i was always home when i did it i had to be really quiet. ive been doing that for the past 7 or 8 years. (im 21 now) now, when i have an orgasm i dont make any noise at all, i think i trained myself to orgasm jus by breathing really heavy...how can i retrain my body to really embrace my orgasm and let it all out?

also, i dont exactly feel it when i orgasm...afterwards, i know ive had an orgasm, and if i didnt have an orgasm, i know i didnt. but i never really feel the threshhold. it feels amazing building up to it so i never really know when i orgasm. after sex my guy has 2 ask me if i did and i have 2 think about it for a second before i can answer him. why does this happen?

i got the same problem, its awesome coming up but its like it fades away.... any ideas anyone??

You have trained yourself to hide and must now untrain yourself.
So, relax all muscles, breathe deeply and clamly, and focus upon how good this man feels - that is to say focus outward to your partner.

Not all orgasms will result in volcanic eruptions where your partner has to get a crowbar and pry you off the ceiling - it doesn't work like that. Most are like ocean swells that roll on through leaving yuou slightly muzzy then you get this surge of energy and want another and another.

If the pc muscle has flexed, the you have orgasmed - quietly or not.
