recently i was at my mates party n i was talkin to this chick there i know her from school n all, anyway the 2 of us were talking and stuff, she was fiddling with her hair and her necklass (is this a good sign?), we were both fairly sober at the time and we had a good conversation going, were both single and i was thinking about kissing her but i didnt, coz im friends with her brother, but i dont think he would mind, should i of kissed her straight up or said something to get her in the mood (if so wat would be an ideal thing to say?) im new to all of this stuff, well thanks anyway.

Was there a lot of eye contact? You can start by touching her somehow. I don't mean grabbing her breast, now, but in conversation, lean into her, put your hand on her arm or hand. If she stiffens up, she may not be into you. Hopefully you can pick up on her signals a little to see if she is or isn't.
