urin is steril if drank almost imediatley leaving the body, fecies isn't though and she can get seriously ill from eating it, pooing on her is safeish... i guess...
actually Im pretty sure urin has a poison in it, in very small amounts. I heard it on one of the survival shows on discovery. I think it was like arsonic or cyanide. I really dont remeber which just that its a known poison.
Urine is fine to drink as long as you drink it directly after leaving the body as Weasel said. The worst that will happen is that it will taste super super bad. Unless, of course, he happened to have an std or other transferable disease. As for feces it is ultimately up to how each person feels about it. Although, it is certainly very very unhealthy. You can and will get sick from ingesting it.
By the way, in the very worst case scenario drinking your own urine can keep you going in survival situations but only for a short period of time. It will dehydrate you in the end. So, if you know there's water an hour or so away and you're on the very edge of dehydration then it is a viable last ditch effort. Just dont expect it to go down any easier just because you're dying...
