It is not all that uncommon for a woman to feel the need to pee immediately preceeding an orgasm. There can be a couple of causes: first, is the irritation of the urethra caused by fingering; second, the urge to pee is a false signal and is generally experienced by women new to climaxing.
I first felt this when I got my vibrator... There was no stopping it though and it came. It was female ejaculate or "squirting." I know there is a lot of controversy on whether this is real or not. I myself had doubts, but when you expererience it firsthand there is no doubt. It's perfectly normal and it's probably what she feels. When you can (you have a little bit of time and some blankets you can get wet) you should try it out and tell her to relax and "let it go" when she feels that feeling. Hope this helps :)
Yes, women ejaculate. I do wish people would just accept it.
