Hi about 2 weeks ago my girlfriend and I were fooling around, 4play, etc. We've never had sex and agree not to have sex until we're married but found ourselves in a situation where we were both naked. I was rubbing my penis along the outside of her lips and accidentally while we were kissing it slid on ONLY at most 1 inch. I did not ejaculate but I know it is possible for a girl to get pregnant off of precum. It only went in 1 inch (I'm about 5.5 inches) so we thought we were alright. My gf is 2 days late on her period so we're both freaking out. Any reassurance you can give us? If she IS pregnant, it is the end of our lives because she is going to college and I'm a Senior in hs. PLEASE we need your help!

YAY ok final update! I just got a phone call from her saying she had her period! What a relief! It's weird though, after thinking about the possibility of having a child, at any other time other than this one (my senior year in HS trying to get into a good college), I would have gotten over how much trouble I'd be in, but start focusing on being there for her and being a good father...well I guess that's what marriage is all about! Thank you so much to everyone who helped and comforted me, it made a whole world of difference! See you guys/girls around, but hopefully not TOO soon

I won't be needing any because I will be keeping it in the pants until we're married because it is a value we really want to try and retain. I know it came close in our last encounter but it was just a lesson and we were caught in the moment. Just an update, she had a blood clot today, good sign right? She is starting to not worry as much, but still we aren't getting our hopes up. Hopefully a blood clot is a good sign?
The only help we can give you are the facts. Each ejaculation containes about 400 million sperm. They are determined little devils. You can assume that the male reproductive system, especially when aroused, is teeming with sperm. I have had pregnant patients who had not been penetrated at all but had semen all over their outside genitals. A bare penis in the vagina is a prescription for parenthood.
The odds are in your favor but you took a big risk. Time for either or both of you to have protection available. In Chick Chat there is a post with "the numbers."
But my question was how could she get pregnant when my penis barely even penetrated her? And how come there are so many cases where people don't use a condom but have full intercourse and the girl is fine without using birth control or the morning after pill? Is my luck this bad? But yeah, she has been definately worryign about it a lot. One thing that we think might have caused her to be late was she went on vacation a week ago and hasn't been sleeping much lately. On average she'd go to sleep at like 2am and wake up around 8 so maybe that coulda messed up her cycle? Well there is definately a possibility that she is in fact pregnant but there are also a lot of different reason for her to be late. One big one that sounds very likely for her right now is stress. I'm sure she is really stressed out right now which could cause her to be late. 2 days isn't really anything to fret too much about anyway. I would wait until she's over a week late to worry too much about it. That's when you should get a pregnancy test. Either go to a clinic or family doctor and get one or get an at home one. If she does turn out to be pregnant than you need to think about your options and there are many out there. If she's not then be more careful next time. Even if you aren't going to have sex but the two of you are going to be naked and there's going to be genital to genital contact USE A CONDOM. It's not just for sex. It can be used for other kinds of sexual activity as well.
