So me and my gf have been having sex for a couple years as you all may remember, still great, but i still cant get more than two orgasms per weeklyish session.
I've told her that she just needs to relax ect, and yes I do go back to foreplay/sexual and passionate massage in between her orgasms in hope she can last longer, but she can't get over it. And I wish to give her all she can get, so any suggestions how to give her more? Beyond mind over matter kind of thing
You do have to bear in mind alot of women find it hard to orgasm, that might just be her limit i know i cant do that many, one at a time is it for me. Just carry on what your doing and dont put pressure on her, she never will if you oressure her.
You have a twisted view of what this sex stuff is all about. You do not"get more than two" orgasms from her. Those are her orgasms, not yours. You happen to be handy when they occur.
A quarter of all women never reach orgasm and most of the rest of us are quite satisfied with one no matter what our capacities. If she wants more, she will let you know. Then respond. In the meantime, do not tell her what is good for the female body - she has one and you do not.
Personally, sex can still be great and enjoyable even if I don't orgasm. Sometimes when I'm feeling tired I just feel like having him inside me, and I don't feel like "working" to have an orgasm, I just want to relax. Men can't seem to understand this, they don't understand that finishing isn't necessary to enjoy sex.
Try having her ride you, but just grind back and forth instead of having you go in and out etc.
I noticed with my ex, that the only way she could have two or more was to have her on top and having her grind rather than bounce.
The second I get on top and she finishes, she is done for the night.
Have her take over and have control - see if that awakens her "inner tigress".

I think it's a bit sad that guys are pressured in this way. I know most guys have insecurities but these girls here are the ones who you should be listening to. Forgetting numbers is essential in my opinion.
It's not so much an insecurity, more of an ego issue sad to say. I've been with enough girls sexually and most of them I could get 5-10 orgasms so I just don't feel right if I am not pleasing her the way I used to be able to please my ex girlfriends. Yes I know this is selfish and if there really is nothing I can do or if she tells me she is fine with it then I would drop it, but I want to explore see if there is any way to make this happen.
