A lot of women are insecure about their body image thanks to the media and such. I've read that women generally target clothing sizes that are 2 steps below what guys actually prefer.

Seriously, next time you see some impossibly thin woman, point her out to your gf and say, "See that woman? I never want to see you get that thin. She's practically sickly, and you're just perfect the way you are. :) " As a side effect, you'll earn some "points" because most women looove compliments about their appearance. This way it comes off as more spontaneous, so she's more likely to take the compliment to heart. ;)

Well...on the 'fat' issue...I am 5'9 with large everything. I wouldn't say I'm fat (no ripples or anything), but yes I could lose weight, However...losing twenty pounds would put me at ideal body weight for my size, height and family history. (I weigh about 180 pounds). No matter how fat I think I am, my BF supports me consistently, and I do realize that with my bone structure (big hips, big tits, solid bones) I will never weigh less than 160, and I will never ever be stick thin. I love me as me...so people who weigh 110 pounds need to worry far more about eating than losing weight. Weight is NOT an indicator of fat, since muscle also weighs more than fat does. A good portion of most women is muscle, covered with a layer of so-called "fat"....
