do something simple like push him back onto the couch and straddle him and kiss him. that way you are on top and give the illusion of control, but at the same time haven't had to fully initiate anything. or, here's another one of my favs, roll over in the middle of the night, put your hand down his pants, and rub him until he's hard and awake. he'll be surprised and you'll be the intiator. good luck.
