Hey volunteers . i have been masturbating regularly for abt the last 7 to 8 years first about twice a day and now recenmtly for the past years about once a day. From the past 3 months i feel a little tired and feel that one of my side is a little weak{ the left side} and eyes go dull. I am very afraid and have already shown a nuerologist and eye specialist who say nothing is wrong with the eye n brain.Its surely got to with my masturbation habit coz it makes me a lot UNCOMFORTABLE . WHOM DO I CONTACT AND WHATS THE PROBLEM.PLZZ ADVICE ME GENUINELY

You can look on many educational websites and read the same information. Masturbation does not cause blindness, nor does it cause hairy palms, or anything else. Masturbation can make you sleepy due to the release of certain chemicals in the brain but that is about all.
Whatever is going on with you, it is most likely not due to masturbation.
