Question What should I know about Hepatitis A and B Vaccines?

Hey everyone. I am planning to get the Hepatitis A and B Vaccinations soon. What should I know about them?

If you will be planning a trip to a third world country, that is highly recommended. There are two or three shots in the series (depending upon the timing and doctor), they will be slightly sore and you are protected for life.

This vaccine does NOT prevent Hep C.

Hepatitis A is the most common of the seven known types of viral hepatitis. Infection with the hepatitis A virus leads to inflammation of the liver, but complications are rarely serious.
