Pain during sex...help!

I've just started having sex and I am experiencing pain each time.

I can only describe it as a burning sensation on my g-spot. Also, it is only as his head is passing over the g-spot, so I don't feel it when he's doing short, deeper thrusts, only when it is shallower and when he ups the speed.

I've researched a number of issues online that cause pain during sex and none of them seem to line up with what I'm feeling. We are using condoms, plus plenty of lubricant and have definitely been spending plenty of time on foreplay (I've already made sure that it wasn't due to condom or lubricant allergies).

I'm used to stimulating my g-spot during masturbation, and it generally feels incredible, which is why I'm not sure where this pain is coming from all of a sudden. Also, the pain is only present during sex, not when I'm touching myself.

Has anyone else ever experienced this or know what it could be? Several of my friends have told me that they experienced pain when they were first starting to have sex too and that it eventually went away. Could this be the case?

Brandye is a jewel in the rough
You went through the checklist to make this a perfectly described problem. You ignored whether or not you have had a gyn exam. All women should before their first sex simply to ensure that all the bits are where they belong. Time to see the doctor.

Your apparent familiarity with the G-Spot is surprising because not many women have had their G-Spots successfully manipulated and very few are able to do it themselves. Things are quite close together down there, especially with a penis involved, and this could be as simple as your urethra being irritated or overly stretching the clitoral hood. It all starts with someone knowledgeable checking you out.

Thanks for responding Brandye!

I have had a gyno exam, but not since about 6 months ago and this was before I became sexually active. Guess it's time to head back to the doctor!
