Bleeding

I've a GF for about a year, we started having sex about a month after we started dating.
She was a virgin before we met so I'm with her since this problem started:
We see each other 2 weekends a month, and every first time we have sex during a weekend (followed by many more) she bleeds out of her vagina (she claim she doesn't feel pain there.
It appears that she bleeds less if I use oral sex, but it doesn't eliminate the problem.
I was wondering if this is normal or does she need to see a doctor?
She says she's not worried about it enough to see a doctor since it doesn't hurt her.

Not normal. We recommend that ALL women have gyn exams prior to becoming sexually active. She must see her doctor now.

Thanks for the advice. I talked to her and she'll see a doctor about it.
