Odd bleeding?

I don't think the title really fits, but here goes.

I've been on the pill since February this year, and have only had an issue once in July, where my bleeding came early. I went to the doc, and she said that all my tests were fine, but if it happened again to see her.

Now, SOMETHING like it is happening again. I fully intend to go see my doc, but I'd like to know if anyone has insight on this.

My symptoms:

• Painful Cramps
• Bleeding while still on pill
• watery blood with a foul smell

When I say painful cramps, I mean that my cramps are more painful than they've been in years. The scariest factor for me is the blood. It's brownish and watery, and when I flex my pelvic muscles, a stream of it comes out (it's not urine, as I watch carefully, and put a finger over the urethra to make sure it wasn't coming from there). Occasionally it's clumpy, but mostly it's like this. It smells almost like old rotten blood, which has me completely disgusted.

The foul smell is a strong indicator of a bacterial infection. See her as soon as practicable.
