Look around by doing a search on anal. You will find many cautionary notes (mostly by me) on anal. In short, the anus is a one-way valve designed to let stuff out but seal against anything entering. The skin around the anus and the tissue of the rectum is quite unlike the vagina. The vaginal walls are 40 cells thick and it stretches quite handily. The muscles at the entrance to the vagina are similarly stretchable. The rectum walls are one cell thick and can tear rather than stretch. In the last week there have been two posts by women on bad results from receiving anal sex. In a large city emergency room, they are seen quite commonly.

I am another woman who disocourages anal intercourse and only does prostate (anal) on men via the use of a vibe designed for the purpose.
You have to be very careful. He has to be very skilled. The lubricant used must be heavier than that used for vaginal intercourse and conditions have to be perfect to avoid injury. Generally speaking and in the absence of medical issues, of course. If you have doubts, talk. If you decide yes, fine. If you decide no, that's fine too. It is YOUR body and no one should be pressuring you.

The porn industry as well as allot of how to books out there lead some people to believe that everyone should do, everyone should like it, and if you follow all of the rules of play nothing bad will happen to you. The truth is, a heck of allot can happen to you and it's negligible on their behalf to promote such an activity without fully disclosing the risks involved. Gastroenterologist are seeing epidemic increases in inflamatory bowel disease in teens as well as an increase in gay bowel syndrome in heterosexuals that was previous only seen in homosexuals. GYN and Oncologist are seeing more HPV related anal and rectal cancer in populations that were previously unheard of 20 or so years ago. Then there is the never heard of complications of autoimmune disorders that are either brought on by or pre-existing conditions exacerbated by anal sex. The truth is, anal sex is dangerous and can cause health problems that can seriously impact the quality of your life and can also impact the longevity of your life.
The anus was designed for one way traffic so pain and soreness to some degree should be expected. But, if you are experiencing constant pain with increased pain during BM's a week after the event, you need to see a Dr. I hope you are not bleeding since that would mean that you have an open wound that will allow bacteria as well as fecal matter to enter you peritoneum and blood stream, and it doesn't have to be a big wound either! I'm sorry you are hurting and was led to believe that this would be ok for you to do but I hope you are not too embarrased to seek medical attention, believe me they've heard and seen it all when it comes to human nature.

Thank you lustylila, evilkitten, Dr.Brandye. Lot of informative views from you. But does a person receiving it gets fun for the risk/ precautions need? I thick less fun more precaustions isnt it.? What I feel is why not enjoy in vagina and mouth They are less risky. But i would keep Dr.B's suggestions if i ever attempt it.
