my girlfriend was born with a heart problem.....anyways she cannot get her heart rate up
we havent had sex yet
will having sex increase her heart rate by alot???
and also if i give her an orgasm will it increase her heart rate also????

She should talk with her doctor about what she can and can't do.

Your question, as asked, cannot be answered. There are "heart problems" and there are "HEART PROBLEMS." Her doctor can estimate whether or not sexual activity is appropriate. Sex can causea significant rise in the heart rate.

Only her Dr can tell her she's healthy enough for sexual activity as well as to what degree of excertion that's safe for her. Not all heart problems are the same and what's ok for one cardiology patient isn't right for another.
