His Come seems like Urine--Help!

Can anyone help me understand why my partner does this?
We just started seeing each other a while ago and just got to the hand job department, but since I started, every time he climax's, the fluid coming out seems to be almost watery. The last one came out as if he were going to the bathroom, and smelt like urine. I am a bit confused by this and wonder if it is possible for men to have this happen to them. And if I have the wrong idea, what is it really?

If it smells like urine, it is urine. Semen has a very characteristic smell that is not at all like urine. He has a problem and needs to see a doctor. We women often become aware of partner's problems before he does because we deal with the ejaculate.

How should I approach that though? I'm worried I might embarrass him or hurt his self esteem if I don't say it the right way and I want to avoid that.
