Yeast infection

I think I have a yeast infection. The symptoms are there, i know it could be something else. Im 16, I know its normal, they've seen it all before but i really don't want to go to the doctor.
I know yeast infections arent a big deal from what I've read.
What are things that actually get RID of yeast infections, i know theres tons that reduce symptoms? I have no clue what to buy! I live in the UK, just incase products are different in different places.
I really want this to go, ASAP, because there is no way i am having sex with this, or anything. Even if i try to pleasure my partner, he hates beng the only one thats getting pleasured, he prefers to please me & I dont want him to, but I dont want to tell him.
So, what products can I use to get it gone, asap.

If there is a strong odor, that is a bacterial infection and you need to see your doctor. If you are quite certain it is yeast, go to Boots and ask a clerk for whatever treats yeast. She will know and there will be a few different brands. Follow the directions and you will be symptom free in a day. Keep applying as long as the instruction sheet says even if symptoms disappear.

There are also decent folk remedies that you can find on the web or at some health food stores. To clear it up quickly, use the commercial products at Boots.
