External labia too small

I don't know if other women have this problem. I have no external fat on my labia and my internal labia are very small. My problem is I have a very large cliteris. I could not wear panties because it was too stimylating. I had lubricant running down my leg. Finally my gynecologist injected fat to forn external labia
