rough sex and fisting injury

my partner and I recently had some pretty rough sex, and it was the first time he has been able to get his whole fist inside me... the next day i was very tender and bleeding... I noticed a sizable tear inside the inner lip of my labia...
and it is extremely unfortable when i pee... its been a week now and its not letting up...
will this heal? and is there any long term damage from this???
im too embarrassed to see a doctor about it...

You should see a doctor if the area is still unhealed and painful. Just telling you to wash well & dry, and apply a ointment is not going to help you. I would be most concerned about any risks of infection, the tear, the size, and the exact location.

Just go to the Gyn and tell the truth. Trust me, you might be embarrassed but there is not much you can say which has not been heard before. Do not lie about what happened, don't have to be descriptive, just let the health care provider look and figure out what's happening and if you have any additional damage...

It will heal - with help. You need to see a doctor and hope that the healing that has begun is fair and correct.

Until the degree of damage is assessed I would hold off on baths. There are times where you can cause more issues. When there is some general inflammation is one thing but when there is a traumatic injury best to hold until viewed by a pro.

Absolutely, sera, if there is any open wound in that part of the body a sitzbath could do more harm than good.
