Make boobs better/bigger

I know one way to make your boobs bigger is through a boob job obviously however that is not an option. Are there any specific pills or excercises to perhaps make them grow if not more firmer. Basically I want them bigger but I would settle for a better appearance. Any ideas?

Two things:

1. Develop upper body strength. Although this will not increase your breast size, the pectoral muscles will be developed and will hold them up there at a more perky angle.

2. Be selective and careful in the selection of bras. Get professional help and fitting. It is amazing the difference that can be made with a proper fitting bra designed for whatever effect you want to develop. Look at what some movie stars can accomplish with a rather standard rack of 34B's.

There are no magical pills or shortcuts and you are correct to focus on the appearance rather than seeking the impossible. The last few years, incidentally, have seen more breast reduction surgery than breast augmentation!

I'm a 30A/32NearlyA....

I get very frustrating trying on tops, especially the new fitted style of women's business attire: the wrong area is floppy!

I followed Brandye's advice & finally went on a mission for GOOD bras

I found Playtex "Thank Goodnes it Fits" in 1/2-cup sizes & the front close Wonderbra works well for me after doing some pectoral exercising & maintaining a good posture (of course posture alone can enhance the appearance of my breast size anyway)

As for when the bra comes off, well, I'm in therapy for other emotional sex issues & this is just one of them; sorry I don't have any answers for that

Forget pills, they can mess your body up big time.

Weight loss requires a lifestyle change as well as changing what and how you eat. Add to the mix--exercise.

Go to the bookstore and get Dr. Phil McGraw's books:
The Ultimate Weight Loss Solution
..and the companion book on recipes.

His first book explains how to loose weight and then gives you a mission plan for doing so. There is no easy out or quick fix, so please do not kid yourself.

If you learn how your body and mind work with regard to food, and then follow the steps in his book you will find success. Even if you choose not to follow his plan, just reading his book and learning all about the subject will empower you.

Good luck.

here is something i did to maintain my breasts after pregnancy.

after breastfeeding ended and did the formula
i decided to contionue with a breast pump to keep the milk that makes me larger.
it works and it can be forced too.
buy a goos breast pump and start and dont give up eentually the milk starts and continue as if your feeding the baby each morning and night.
the milk fills the breats and your larger.

I think she forgot some basics when she made that comment...the whole part about using a breast pump; you have to be lactating. Hooking a pump up to a breast will not induce beast milk.

Keeping the breasts full (and this would do it) makes them larger while lactating. They will get both smaller and droop more when the pumping stops.

About as many women end up with smaller breast after delivery as wind up with larger. They all sag more. Age does it too. I have never had children and actually weight less than in my twenties. Gravity is taking its toll. Good bra!!!!
