Anal douche

I have recently discovered a liking for anal sex but of the few times I have done it, some have been ok, others a bit messy. I have now purchased an anal douche but would really appreciate some guidance on how to use it.

You are essentially giving yourself an enema. You do not mention whether it is a ball (pressure) or a bag (gravity). Roughly, you insert the nozzle into the anus and squeeze or allow to flow. You should get a strong urge to empty your bowels. Whatever you do (and I am not a booster for anal sex) use a condom during anal sex and plenty of plain water based lube such as KY or Surgilube.

Brandye thanks for that. It's a ball douche. It came with no instructions whatever. I assume I fill the ball with warm water and squeeze. When I use it will once suffice or is it a procedure I need to repeat.I did do an internet search and came across something that said you need to keep doing it until clear water runs out of you.

For a complete enema, you need to keep it up until the water runs clear. There are enema mixtures for this. Fleet is one brand that exists in most of the world. For your purposes, plain water would do.

curious, but how long does a ball enema take on average to 'clean', as in how many tries until safe type of thing?

Allow at least fifteen minutes for one application of one-two cups of liquid, or until you feel full.

Give yourself up to an hour or so if you plan on more doses.

There are many recipes for colonic rinses, just GOOGLE "enema recipes" to learn the pros and cons of using enemas and of which type.

Thank-you! Had a little confusion...would have made good material for a comic, I'm sure. I've looked up quite a few rinses, but have yet to decide. May or may not post my choice!

i brought a hanging douche recently i didnt get any instructions either
when i use it i get a tummy ache and feel like there is still alot of water inside me even after i *huh hum* and then i worrie about having anal more as it feels like i could relase water still and that would be worse than anything else it there a technique to make sure all the water has flushed through

I suggest you go get a bulb douche. For anal sex purposes, giving yourself a full enema (a hanging bag is an enema) can be a pain and is unhealthy, assuming you are practicing anal regularly. Go to your local pharmacy and ask for an anal syringe.
