nipple hurts

Dear guys
few years ago i hit left side of my chest, and sinse that my nipple hurts so much it became so sensitive even a little touch gives me a bad feeling,it looks fine ,nothing changed, except i think it became harder and pointer than the other nipple , i went to see a doctor and had a mammogram done, and it showed that everything is ok, he told me that maybe some tissues inside are smashed or the blood vassls are broken
he gave me some pain relieving gels and creams which contains voltaren but it still hurts, what should i do ???is that a blood accumulation? or is something bad happened to the gland?
i trust you guys so much, and willing to get the right answer from you

It is exactly what the doctor said. You have some tissue damage that will take a long time to heal. You may forever have either sensitivity or, eventually, numbness. Damage to soft tissue, and the breasts are very soft tissue, is often difficult to diagnose and has a lengthy healing process.

It is likely not blood accumulation (hematoma or bruise) nor damage to a gland. The actual lactic glands are deeper and dispersed among the tissue of the breast. The nipple is simply the nozzle at the end of the pipes from the glands.

Live with it. Sorry. If it swells or gets more painful, get back to the doctor.

I got hit with a boom on a sailboat and it took several months until I could tolerate any touching; years until it went away.

You have sen a doctor and gotten recommendations. I am not into second guessing and am not aware of any magical potions.

sorry for bothering u brandye
but u dont know how much this thing affecting my life i cant wear any shirts made of hard materials i cant stand the seat belt

You are not bothering me. It is simply that a treating doctor knows more about what is going on. If you do not feel that you are getting adequate treatment, see another.
