Premature ejaculation after surgery

I had surgery on my throat a few weeks ago and they prescribed me percocet for the pain. After coming off the percocet I am not having problems with premature ejaculation. Is this common? Will it go away? This has never been an issue for me.

Do you mean that you are ejaculating prematurely now or that you have historically and no longer do?

I've never had the problem in the past, and now after the surgery I ejaculate prematurely with both sex and masturbation. I have a feeling its something with the percocet since I was on it for two weeks.

Normally, pain killers will delay orgasm and speed it up. Perhaps your body sensitive after coming off of the Percocet.
