Lump in scrotum.

About 8 years ago I went to the doctor very worried about a lump in my scrotum adjacent to my left testicle. I feared the worst obviously. However, he said it was not a cancerous lump but simply a fatty mass. After some 8 years I am assuming that he was right.
However, the fatty lump has continued to grow albeit slowly and is now a sphere of about 2.5cms diameter. It is rather tender and I am wondering if it could be removed. If that is possible, would it be much of an operation? Could it be injected with some wonder fluid to destroy it.
Looking for some medical help here.
Thanks in anticipation.

Brandye is a jewel in the rough
Well, maupassant, it has been a while. There is no magical shot that can be given but, in many cases, a relatively minor surgery can be done. Only the physician with your chart and medical history and, perhaps, imaging can make the recommendation. The big thing to be determined is whether it is attached to anything.

See your doctor; expect good news; be sore for a few days. I am sending you a pm.
