not orgasming after brain op

I recently had a brain operation about a month ago and since then each time I mastrubate I don't orgasm. My sexual excitement becomes bigger and bigger and then I feel nothing. It is really dibilitating.

Can anyone help me, I am very scared I can't orgasm any more.

You will have more follow-up appointments with your surgeon. That is where this should be discussed because we have no idea what was done with what part of your brain. This is not likely to be a permanent situation but only the surgeon can estimate that.
