Anal sex with my gf...help!

Right, me and my gf had anal sex for the first time. Although I did wear a condom but it ripped whilst I was in her. I got worried cos of all this STD stuff and pulled out. She has not slept with anyone else before and we are both healthy. Is there any reason to be worried? I know this may sound silly. But please advice will be appreciated. Thanks

There isn't a reason to be worried. STD's don't come out of bums, and condoms frequently rip during anal because of the tightness of the rectum. If anything, finish, wash off and go pee afterwards. The pee will clear out bacteria from the urethra, and wash to remove any exterior matter. There's nothing at all to really be worried about in the way of STD's. If you notice pain after a few days in the penis, pain peeing, or cloudy urine, you may have a UTI or similar from the rectal bacteria. My partner and I have had large amounts of unprotected (but clean) anal sex, and he's had only one of these infections. If you're really worried, go to your local drug store and get a rectal syrine, which can be filled with water and used to clean her bum.

Odds are your single incident of condom breakage will not result in infection, but next time and every time continue to use a condom for anal sex. Being in a monogamous relationship will not protect you from fecal bacteria. About 14 months ago I had an ecoli infection in my scrotum which may have resulted from unprotected anal intercourse with my wife. I learned the lesson the hard way and from now on will always use a condom for anal sex.

I have seen that rectal syrine, but little scared to use it, is it safe? I do have anal sex and dont like that it can get messy sometimes but I do like to keep myself as clean as possible, but scared to use new products when it comes to health. How often can you use the rectal syrine? How safe is it?
