His stomach sometimes cramps after orgasm

Is this normal or a sign of something wrong? It's only happened twice, once where he said his stomach felt like it was in knots and again today when he said his stomach cramped up when we were done. I'd like to think it's a normal reaction due to an intense orgasm, but I'm not sure.

Myotonia (extreme muscle tightening) occurs in the last stages of sexual response just before orgasm. The orgasm is a release of this tension. Your partners must really tighten up and the release of muscle tension is incomplete.

No big deal if it is occasional. If it becomes more common, talk to the doctor. Could be as simple as low salt or could involve muscle abnormality.
